Cancellation & Appointment Policy
By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. Thank you for respecting our clinic's time and professional standards.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be busy and schedules change. However, to ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% service fee charge.
Appointment Information
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first visit to complete necessary medical consultation forms. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to ensure we remain on schedule for following clients.
All clinical treatments require a face-to-face consultation to confirm medical suitability and discuss individual aesthetic goals before procedures are performed.
